The gardens, 2 hectares of charm and romance, they tell a life story in the manner of an open book. Working in harmony with the natural world, the gardens are tended with respect for the environment and local biodiversity. The walk begins by the green rooms and the themed rose gardens, then opens step by step to the natural garden and lavender field, and finish in the wild area nearby the lake alongside Paloma’s wood. Each space is an evocation of personal memories, holding messages of peace, love and freedom affirmed throughout the walk by artists’ thoughts and words. The museum displays several private collections in the style of a 19th century curiosity cabinet. The leaves of the herbarium guide visitors through three rooms, each one evoking a different aspect of life on earth: Rocks and fossils, the world of plants, birds, and the history of everyday life in our countryside.
